Privacy Information

If you contact the Court in writing, any personal information (including your name, email address, and any content in your message) you provide will be collected by the Department of Justice to address your inquiry.

This information may be stored in our email system and shared with relevant staff to assist you. Under the Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing Act 2024 (WA) (PRIS Act), privacy obligations apply to the Court only for administrative matters.
